Before bidding
1)Survey the property as much as you can externally (no viewing inside for auction property)
2)Check on outstanding of property and find out what are paid by bank and what is to be paid by purchaser(assistance provided)
3)Make necessary confirmation with developer and check the title (assistance provided)
4) Check your loan eligibility as 10% wont be refunded if buyers loan is rejected (assistance provided)

To participate the auction
1)Register with us prior to auction date with bidders IC or Company documents.
2)Submit 10% deposit by transfer or bankdraft latest 1 day before auction.
3) bidder or representative to log in and bid during auction day either by onsite or online.

After successful in auction
1)Immediately appoint own lawyer for S&P and Loan Agreement
2)Immediately apply for bank loan
3)buyers are given 90/120 days to complete the sale.
